Milwaukee Bucks assistant coach Vin Baker, who’s spoken about his battles with alcoholism, is opening a local treatment and recovery center for people with addictions. Known as Vin Baker Recovery, the center is planned for 4757 N. 76th St., according to information filed with the city Department of Neighborhood Services.
